BD+C's Robert Cassidy talks with Sam Andras, AIA, Senior Principal and Partner with 2WR and Partners and MJ12 Design Studio, about the art and science of designing cannabis cultivation (or "grow") facilities and dispensaries.

"Grow facilities" are very complex and have to be designed to account for numerous factors: lighting, airflow, irrigation, odor prevention, security, and the number and spacing of the plants.
